NovaPep sells peptides and related compounds for laboratory research and no other purpose, and we accept every order on that understanding. This policy sets out what research use only (RUO) means day to day, what we expect from buyers, and how we respond when an order appears to be intended for a person or an animal. It is part of our terms and conditions of sale.
Buy Peptides Knowing What Research Use Only Means
An RUO product is produced and labelled for laboratory and in-vitro investigation, such as analytical testing, assay development, cell culture work and comparable bench research. Neither the Therapeutic Goods Administration nor any other regulator has assessed it as a medicine. It is not manufactured to the standard needed for administration to humans or animals, and its labelling does not support that use.
Nothing we sell is a medicine, food, dietary supplement or cosmetic, and no product may be given to a person or animal by any route. This covers every format in our range, the nasal spray and capsule products included, which are supplied as research materials on the same basis as the vials.
Order Only If You Meet Our Buyer Requirements
You must be at least 18 to buy. By placing an order you confirm that you satisfy the age requirement, that the purchase is for genuine research, and that you are trained to handle research chemicals.
Shop With a Clear View of Australian Regulatory Status
No product we sell is registered or listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. Certain peptides are prescription-only medicines in Australia when supplied for human use, and providing them for that purpose outside the prescription system may breach Commonwealth and state law. We supply nothing for human use. It is up to each buyer to understand the laws of their own state or territory and the rules of their institution.
Anti-Doping Rules
A number of compounds we stock, among them BPC-157, TB-500, ipamorelin and the GHRH analogues, are on the World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List. Our products are not meant for anyone subject to anti-doping rules.

Shop Responsibly, Because We Cancel Some Orders
Common warning signs include emails or order notes that refer to personal use, doses, injecting, cycles or treating a condition. Cancelled orders are refunded in full, and we may refuse future orders from that buyer.
Buy Only If You Can Handle, Store and Dispose of Materials Safely
Only trained people working in an appropriate laboratory with suitable protective equipment should handle research compounds. Store every product as directed by its label and our peptide storage guide, and dispose of leftover material following your institution's procedures and local regulations.
Order Knowing Your Responsibilities as a Buyer
Once a product is delivered, responsibility for its storage, use and disposal rests with the buyer. As far as the law permits, including the Australian Consumer Law, NovaPep accepts no liability for loss, injury or damage arising from use of a product in breach of this policy.
