You pay the same shipping fee for a single vial as for ten, and the charge appears at checkout before you commit to the order. The transit figures are Australia Post's own published estimates, and they run from the day we lodge the parcel, not the day you placed the order. Treat them as guidance rather than a guarantee.
Choosing Between Standard and Express Shipping
Standard post is usually the smarter buy for metro addresses, since lyophilised powder is perfectly happy at room temperature for the three business days it takes. Express is worth its $17 premium when your study has a locked start date and the parcel must arrive the next day. Regional customers should compare the express estimate on the Australia Post website first, as the difference between the two services shrinks outside the capital cities.

We pack vials so they cannot rattle against one another during transit. Lyophilised peptide stays stable across normal domestic delivery times, so we do not add ice packs. When the parcel reaches you, put the vials in the fridge at 2 to 8 °C without delay, or into a freezer at minus 20 °C if they will stay unopened for several months. Track Your Peptide Order Online
As soon as the parcel is lodged, the Australia Post tracking number goes by email to the address you entered at checkout. You can follow it on the Australia Post site or through our track your order page. Fresh tracking numbers often show no activity until the first scan at a facility, which tends to happen that night or the next morning.

Before placing the order, confirm the street, suburb and postcode. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately. We can correct it while the parcel is still here, but we cannot redirect it once Australia Post has taken it.

Let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date if a parcel has not arrived or turns up damaged. Send your order number, along with photos of any damage to the vials or box, to order@novapepaus.com.
